Food for Thought - Isn't Life so Daily?

When I tagged Private Catering to my Fiambrera Venture, I had the following thoughts:

A less expensive and nutritious alternative to expensive and unhealthy take-out

Single people who don’t eat right due to work and other daily activities.

Working couples in need of help with meal preparation to alleviate their hectic lives.

Single parents trying to balance their time and money in order to provide their children with a good balance meal.

Seniors who don’t eat right because they see no sense in cooking like they used to for just one or two people.

What I didn’t fully realize was the other associated tasks involved:

Meal planning
Grocery shopping
Grocery storage and equipment (refrigeration, freezer, pantry, canisters, storage bins)
Cooking equipment (stoves, Fryers, etc)
Clean up and cleanup supplies
Utilities (Electric, water and sewage)
Labor
Time

So after careful consideration, I also came to the conclusion that eating out was the easy way out.  Add all the things I listed above to your particular situation in life and its no wonder life's drudgery can be so daily.  I therefore concluded that my services to you represents an amazing value.

So consider how Don Mael’s Fiambrera can improve your family’s lifestyle.  Just look at the list above again.  Either you do it or you let me do it.  Your investment in participating is simply $4-$5 per meal per person and the time you take to enjoy it.

  2. Thank You very much. Fiambrera Meals is not a new idea but its always been a terrific value to its users. I recall, when just a child, fiambreras came and went out of my grandmother's kitchen. Check in your hometown for a private caterer, who may agree to help you reduce those take out dollars. However, if you are ever in San Antonio, feel free to drop by and visit and sample what cooking. Buen Provecho!
