4th of July Pig Roast

This 4th of July holiday, we shall roast an entire Pig for your delight.  It shall be seasoned Boricua Style and slow roasted, until perfection.  It shall be ready the afternoon of the 4th, just in time for your backyard BBQs.  You will need to place and pay for your order no later than the 26th of this month.  You may elect to purchase the pig by the pound at $7.99 or by the plate @$6.50 or both.  The plate will include:  Arroz con gandules, Batata, Yucca and  tostones .   Orders can be pick up begining at 1pm at 423 Solar Dr, San Antonio, Tx.  The flavor of the tropics will come alive at Don Mael's this year with this traditional caribbean dish.  We hope you will join us.  Remember this is an advance Fiambrera Meal, so place your order early, to determine the size pig to get.  Call  675-2894 or email donmael@gmail.com.  Hope to see ya at the roast.  Buen Provecho!
