Meals are ready for pick up beginning at 4pm each Monday thru Friday. Simply come by Don Mael's at 423 Solar Dr, San Antonio Tx 78227. I recommend you google the address for your first trip.
If your meals are packaged in Tiffins, they will awaiting on food warmers. If dispossible trays are used, your meal will be packaged when you arrive.
In some cases, for optimum flavor, some foods will be prepared at the time of your arrival. This will give you 7 to 10 minutes to visit and perhaps sample available treats.

Tips
Remove excess oil from your recipes. Oil coats your mouth and you won't be able to savor the flavor.

Always pat your meats dry. Remember that water is an ingredient and if you are seasoning wet meat most of the flavor will be lost. Dry meats absorb and soak in the spices. So remember, when a recipe calls for spicing with salt and pepper, it doesn't mean salt, pepper and water.

When wanting to brown but slow cook simultaneously try a little butter mixed in with your oil. Butter is a wonderful browning agent. This is useful when browning chicken or chops that will be completed in the oven or other cooking method.

When preparing your meals, try fixing your salad first, then your side dishes. With these finished and being kept chilled or warm, you can then dedicate all remaining time to your main dish. With nothing else on your mind your entree has a better chance of succees.
