If you didn't place your order for Chicken Marsala, you really missed out. Don Mael and his family dined on one of the most succulent Mediterranean chicken dishes ever. This wine cooked chicken simmers to a rich and creamy delicacy. It was served with a red potato salad and creamy spinach casserole. Topping this delicious meal was a serving of tropical fruits with a sweet french sauce (see photo below).
